Raymond John Schoer

Mr Schoer is the Chairman of QRSciences Ltd and is a director of Pluton Resources Ltd, Ferngrove Vineyards Ltd and Australian Commercial Property Management Ltd. Mr Schoer was formerly National Director of the Australian Stock Exchange, a Member of the Experts' Committee to the OECD Committee on Financial Markets, and Chairman of the Steering Committee and of the Consultative Committee of the lnternational Organisation of Securities Commissions. Mr Schoer has also previously held the positions of Chief Executive of the National Companies and Securities Commission, Secretary to the Commonwealth/State Ministerial Council for Companies and Securities as well as holding senior positions in several government departments including the Australian Treasury.
In 1985, Mr Schoer received the Cambridge University Certificate of Merit for distinguished service to the community, in 1991 the BRW-Alcatel Australian Business Leader of the year award for outstanding achievements in Accounting and in 2008 was made a Knight of the Royal Order of the Kingdom of Sulu and Sabah in recognition of his achievements personally and in the field of business, industry and public governance. |

James Eric Barr

Mr Barr is a Chartered Accountant who retired as an audit partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers following 20 years experience as a partner at PwC and predecessor firm, Price Waterhouse. He is a former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Victoria and a National Councillor. He was previously a Price Waterhouse representative at Urgent Issues Group meetings. Mr Barr has held directorships with various public, private and non-profit companies.
He is currently a non-executive director on the US Board of a US publicly listed company with Australian activities with responsibility as Chairman of the US Audit Committee and the US Conflicts Committee. |

Tan Kai Seng

Mr Tan is also an Independent Non-executive Director and Audit Committee member of IGB Corporation Berhad, a significant property investment and development company listed on Bursa Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Mr Tan was Finance Director of Parkway Holdings Limited from 1988 to 2005 and was its Group Financial Controller from 1980 to 1988. Parkway Holdings Limited is a leading fully integrated healthcare organisation in Asia, with one of the largest network of hospitals and healthcare services in the region. Prior to joining Parkway Holdings in 1980, Mr Tan worked in the audit team with Price Waterhouse, Singapore for approximately five years and a further two years on an International Exchange Programme with Price Waterhouse, San Francisco.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore. In addition, Mr Tan is a Singapore Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, United Kingdom. |

Eugene Lai

Mr Eugene Paul Lai Chin Look is an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Manager. Mr Lai is a Partner at Southern Capital Group and brings with him a wealth of experience in law, investment banking, real estate and private equity. Mr Lai was previously the Managing Director and Senior Country Officer of Investment Banking at JP Morgan in Malaysia and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Ascott Group Limited. He has also held the position of Partner at the Carlyle Group and Managing Director at Citigroup Singapore. Mr Lai began his career as an attorney in New York and in Singapore. He was awarded an LL.M from Harvard University and an LL.B from the London School of Economics and Political Science. |

Norman Ip Ka Cheung

Mr Norman Ip Ka Cheung graduated with a B Sc (Econs) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Mr Ip has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, treasury, investments and taxation. Currently, Mr Ip is an Advisor to the Straits Trading Company Limited, where he had served for 26 years prior to his retirement in 2009. At Straits Trading Company Limited, Mr Ip held the position of Executive Director, President and Group Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2009. The Straits Trading Company Limited Group is a listed company with diversified businesses in property, hospitality and metal and mineral resources.
Mr Ip is the Chairman of the board of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad (listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) and also serves on the board of Australia Oriental Minerals NL (a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange). He is also a director of WBL Corporation Limited, United Engineers Limited and Great Eastern Holdings Limited. He is also a Member of the Board of the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore. |

Tony Wood

Tony's career extends over 25 years, beginning in the United Kingdom with relocations firstly to South Africa and then in 1986 to Australia. Key roles have included Director, Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and progressed through senior fiduciary positions in the funds management divisions of BZW-Mirvac, BT Funds Management and Record Investments. In 2005 Tony founded the Blaxland Group and he is presently its Managing Director.
Tony's experience integrates best practice in the fundamentals of real estate investment with management of listed as well as unlisted funds. He has worked across a range of international markets including Australia, Asia and Europe. |

John Snowden

Mr Snowden has 24 years of experience in investment industry including the position as the Managing Director, Head of UBS Real Estate, Australia and NZ in UBS Global Asset Management (UBSGAM) in which during his 8 years engagement, he grew the equities business from virtually zero to around $7 Billion and subsequently grew FUM from zero to around $2 Billion. In late 2005, Mr Snowden was approached by Warwick Negus CEO of Colonial First State to re-establish the Global Property Securities Business at Colonial First State Global Asset Management. During his time at Colonial, John and his team grew Funds Under Management from $3 Billion to over $8 Billion in late 2007 and Profitability for the Global Property Securities business increased by over 300% during the time it was under John's management.
Mr Snowden holds a Bachleor in Laws from UNSW and a degree in Master of Laws from University of Sydney. Mr Snowden is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and received several industry awards for his outstanding achievements including Morgnistar Japan 2007 - Best Global Investment Fund Manager (for the Diam - Mizuho Group) and Money Magazine best of the Best 2006 Awards "Best Australian Property Securities Fund". |

David also established the group’s platforms in China and Japan.

Nick heads AIMS Real Estate Team in Asia and is responsible as Chief Executive Officer of the SGX listed AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT.
Prior to joining MacarthurCook, Nick had more than eight years of experience in corporate finance and property funds management in Australia and Singapore with Allco Finance Group and two years of legal experience with Blake Dawson Waldron.
From January 2007 until the sale to Frasers Centrepoint Limited, Nick was Chief Executive Officer of Allco Commercial REIT and Managing Director of Allco (Singapore) Limited.
Nick holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology in Sydney and has completed a graduate diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. |

Ms Giam is a qualified lawyer by training and has extensive experience in legal, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues. She is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and started her career as Deputy Registrar of Titles and Deeds in the prestigious Singapore Legal Service. She has been in private legal practice in top‐tier law firms in Singapore, in the areas of real estate, corporate law and retail and institutional banking. Ms Giam has been the Company Secretary and in‐house counsel of Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd and Senior Vice President (Legal & Corporate Secretariat) of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, and its group companies.
Ms Giam has also been involved in the setting up of investment structures for and investments in media and technology companies, and is a private investor in several technology companies. She has had many years of experience in Corporate Governance in the listed and non‐listed spheres of corporate compliance, in corporate legal matters and has been involved project financing as well as mezzanine loans. |
